How much does a Calgary wedding DJ cost?

Most Calgary couples invest between $1,500 and $2,500 for a professional wedding DJ. Our core Wedding DJ Package starts at $1,495 for up to 6 hours and includes a professional sound system, microphones, dance floor lighting, and access to our online VIP Planning Portal. Need more time? Additional hours are just $150 each, so you can build the schedule that fits your day.

Do you only work in Calgary, or will you travel outside the city?

Calgary is home base, but we regularly travel to surrounding areas and mountain destinations like Banff, Canmore, and Lake Louise. If your venue is outside Calgary city limits, we’ll let you know upfront if any simple travel fees apply – no surprise charges later.

Can you provide music and microphones for our ceremony and reception?

Absolutely. If your ceremony and reception are at the same venue, we can typically cover your ceremony audio at no extra charge. We’ll handle prelude music, processional and recessional songs, and clear microphones so your guests hear every word. If your ceremony is at a separate location, we’ll chat through the setup and any additional gear needed. 

Will you take requests from our guests?

Yes – within your comfort zone. Before the wedding, you can give us a “must-play” list and a “do-not-play” list inside our planning portal. On the night, we’re happy to take guest requests as long as they fit your vibe and don’t clash with anything on your no-go list.

Do you offer more than just DJ services?

We do. In addition to Calgary wedding DJs and MCs, we offer photo booth rentals (Social, Classic, and Retro booths), lighting upgrades like uplighting and LED dance floors, AV support for speeches and slideshows, and Audio Guest Books. You can keep everything under one roof instead of juggling multiple vendors.

How far in advance should we book our DJ?

For prime Calgary wedding dates (summer Saturdays and long weekends), couples often book 12–18 months in advance. If your date is sooner, still reach out – we’ll quickly let you know if we’re available or suggest a great fit on our team.
